This modern home features recycled distressed hard wood floors on the upper level. Also on that level there is a glass floor going into the master bedroom.

The living room features a 55′ television with most cable channels. The kitchen is all granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances.

The downstairs level features all painted concrete floors. The stair case is also all stainless steel as well.

This home has one King Bed and Two Queen Beds so it  can sleep up to a maximum of 6 guests.

In the back of the property there is also a 30 foot high deck with lounge furniture, a heater and a new 6 person Hot Springs Spa. This is a perfect options for those special out of town guest attending your wedding especially immediate family members.

The entire property is extremely secluded for it’s location in the center of town.

The property is located approximately 10 minutes by walking to downtown Hillcrest,  downtown San Diego, beaches, Sea World,  the zoo, Balboa Park, etc…. are all just minutes away from this centrally located home.

Guests are invited to harvest fresh fruits and vegetables daily.   The stunning Koi pond and water fall make for an amazing backdrop of photos.
